There is no way to put into words how wonderful Hunt is, but I will try. We were relocating from another state and did all of our looking online first, then met in Bismarck for one weekend to find a house. Hunt was wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable and fun. He had everything set for us when we arrived and worked entirely on our schedule. He showed us the area and we talked about neighborhoods. He told us all about town and the best places to eat and play. He also builds homes, so he saw things in the houses that I would never have seen without him. I was 6 months pregnant and we had 2 toddlers with us. They were crabby and sick of house shopping. I will never forget sitting inside a potential house, finally able to absorb it all in and talk with my husband, as Hunt played outside in the landscaping rocks with my kids. When they cried, he helped hold them. When they whined, he made things a game. They adored him. It was stress free, fun, and he found us our dream home. If we ever decide to build, we will have him build our house for us (I’ve been in one of his recent builds and it is beautiful). I feel so blessed to have found such an incredible real estate agent, who has become a dear friend. I will forever recommend everyone I know to him.

Hunt is one of the kindest men I have ever met. With every step of purchasing one of his homes he was always there for us. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately responded to. He was not our realtor but was steps ahead of the one we had and without him we would have had so much confusion. Anytime something was done to the house we were notified. We are now living in our new home and it is wonderful. The few little things that needed attention were immediately cared for. I do not know where to start! My husband and I built a house with Hunt and Huntington Homes. Hunt is professional, timely , great at communication and has a fabulous team that works with him. With any new home obstacles come up but Hunt was always one step ahead. The building processes was so easy with Hunt and actually really fun! We looked at a lot of different houses that were on the market and we found that the best quality built home was a Huntington home. The craftsmanship and layout of our home is awesome. Most homes we looked at had small bedrooms, bathrooms and closet spaces, not Hunts…The master has a large bathroom with a large, organized walk in closet, not like all the other homes we looked at. Hunt does a great job and wasted no space in our home. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are beautiful with the open concept and vaulted ceilings. It makes it so easy to entertain. We have had so many compliments on our home and its design. Hunt was easy to work with and allowed us to be part of the process to get everything we wanted. He made sure to always be on top of things with great service!! We would definitely recommend a Huntington home!!

Hunt sold us our house in july 2012 and he did an excellent job. He always answered our phone calls/texts right away and if he did not know the answer he found the answer and got right back to us.
